Colleen Conway will be offering her lecture, "The Ogham Alphabet: Past & Present" throughout the day.
This is a concise history of the Celts and an outline of the Celtic languages. She also will teach attendees to write their names in Ogham. Her presentation will include visuals and reference materials for those interested in learning more about this relatively unknown chapter of Irish history.
The Irish Heritage Society of Milford is proud to share the cultural aspects of Irish heritage and the talents of its people. Ogham Art is proud to be offering art, jewelry and home decor at the first annual Sip ‘n Shop at the Palace Theater. Shop a selection of locally handcrafted goods from over 25 juried artisans and crafters. Enjoy a complimentary beverage while you peruse the vendors’ goods in the beautiful foyer and lobby spaces of the historic Palace Theater. A cash bar is also available throughout the evening.Goods include apparel, jewelry, art prints, hand bags, pottery, soaps, oils, chocolates, and many more!
